The draw

There are two separate prize draws: one for the Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland show and one for the Waitaha Canterbury show. Each draw is open to eligible entrants who indicate that show as their preference on the entry form. One winner will be selected per draw by random selection.

Eligibility

  • Open to New Zealand residents.
  • By entering, you acknowledge that you are permitted to attend the show you have chosen, including any age or supervision requirements set by the venue. Sustainable Coastlines is not responsible for a winner being refused entry to a venue.
  • Employees of Sustainable Coastlines and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  • No donation is required to enter. Entry is free.
  • Existing regular donors are not automatically entered. To enter, existing donors must complete the entry form before the closing date with their full name and show preference.

How to enter

  • Complete the entry form at app.sustainablecoastlines.org/win-jack-johnson before 11:59pm NZDT, 24 October 2026.
  • Entries must include a genuine, on-topic description of one action taken for the ocean. Incomplete, off-topic, or nonsensical entries will be deemed ineligible.
  • A photo showing the action is optional and not required to enter.
  • Newsletter sign-up is optional and is not required to enter.

Draw and notification

  • The draw closes at 11:59pm NZDT, 24 October 2026.

Sharing of entries

Entry requires consent to publication. By ticking the consent box on the entry form, entrants agree that Sustainable Coastlines may publish their first name, their ocean action, and, where an entrant chooses to upload one, their photo, on Sustainable Coastlines’ website and social media channels. Uploading a photo is optional and is not required to enter.

Last names and email addresses will not be published. Not all eligible entries will be shared. Selection is at Sustainable Coastlines’ discretion and does not affect draw eligibility.

Donation matching

The Johnson Ohana Foundation matching donation applies to donations made between 15 July 2026 and 31 December 2026, up to $2,500 across all qualifying donations.

The ticket draw and donation matching are separate promotions. Entering the draw does not affect eligibility for donation matching, and making a donation does not affect draw eligibility.

Privacy

Personal information will be held by Sustainable Coastlines in accordance with our privacy policy.

Information will be used only for administering the draw, sharing as described, and, where consent has been given, for newsletter communications.

  • Sustainable Coastlines reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the draw at any time.
  • Sustainable Coastlines reserves the right to deem any entry ineligible if it is incomplete, off-topic, or unsuitable for publication.
